DESCRIPTION:

BIGUMA – ZK is a joint sealant for filling joints in all types of paving stones and road surfaces.

ADVANTAGES:

• Supplied in easy-to-handle 10–15 kg packaging made of cardboard or metal
• Meets all road authority requirements for Type A, 25%
• Packaging does not stick together in warm weather
• Durable and tight seals with good flexibility – even in winter
• High softening point with no risk of melting in summer
• Low density provides better yield per kg of joint sealant
• Low melting and pouring temperature saves gas
• Can be opened to traffic after approx. 20 minutes (at 20 °C)

PROPERTIES:

BIGUMA – ZK is an asphalt-based hot-applied joint sealant with a low elastic component. The product complies with the technical delivery conditions for asphalt-based joint sealants (TL bitFug 82) ART B – paving joint sealant.

• Application temperature: approx. 150–180 °C
• Density: approx. 1.4 g/cm³
• Priming: Normally not required
• If required, use PRIMER 8
• Delivery form: 10 and 15 kg
